- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large oven-safe skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat.
- Season the chicken thighs with salt, black pepper, oregano, and thyme.
- Add the chicken to the hot skillet and sear for 3-4 minutes per side, or until golden brown.

- Remove the skillet from the oven and sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese over the top.
- Broil for 2-3 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and golden brown.
