- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the penne pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium-high heat. Add the cubed chicken and sauté until it's cooked through, about 6-8 minutes. Transfer the chicken to a plate and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add the heavy cream, garlic, oregano, paprika, and cayenne pepper. Whisk the mixture and let it simmer for 2-3 minutes, or until the sauce thickens slightly.
- Return the cooked chicken to the skillet and stir to coat it evenly with the sauce. Add the cooked penne pasta and toss everything together until well combined.
- Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
- Serve hot, garnished with chopped parsley if desired.
