  • 8 slices of cheddar, Swiss, or Monterey Jack cheese
  • 8 slices of sourdough or whole wheat bread
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
