- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook the pasta shells according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a skillet, cook the chicken breasts until fully cooked and shredded. Add the buffalo sauce and mix well.
- In a separate bowl, combine the ricotta cheese, 1/2 cup of the mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic, and green onions. Season with salt and pepper.
- Stuff each cooked pasta shell with the ricotta cheese mixture, then top with the buffalo chicken.
- Arrange the stuffed shells in a baking dish and top with the remaining mozzarella cheese.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
Notes
For best results, be sure to par-cook the pasta shells before stuffing them to prevent them from falling apart. Additionally, topping the stuffed shells with a generous amount of mozzarella cheese will create an irresistible, melty goodness.
