- Place the chicken breasts in the bottom of a large crock pot.
- In a bowl, combine the taco seasoning, black beans, corn, diced tomatoes, salsa, chicken broth, lime juice, garlic powder, and cumin. Stir to mix well.
- Pour the mixture over the chicken in the crock pot, making sure the chicken is fully submerged.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours, until the chicken is cooked through and shreds easily.
- Shred the chicken using two forks and stir it back into the sauce.

Notes
