Notes

For maximum moisture and tenderness, use boneless, skinless chicken thighs. The slow cooking process allows the tomatoes to break down and the basil to infuse the dish with its aromatic essence, creating a perfectly balanced and flavorful meal. This dish can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3-4 days or frozen for longer-term storage.
