- In a large Crock Pot, combine the beef, beef broth, soy sauce, brown sugar, rice vinegar, cornstarch, garlic, ginger, and red pepper flakes (if using).
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours, or on high for 3-4 hours, until the beef is tender.
- During the last 30 minutes of cooking, add the broccoli florets to the Crock Pot. Cover and continue cooking until the broccoli is tender but still crisp.
- Serve the Crock Pot Beef and Broccoli over cooked rice, and enjoy!
