- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the ground chicken, panko breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese, garlic, onion, eggs, milk, oregano, and basil. Mix well until all the ingredients are evenly distributed.
- Transfer the mixture to a loaf pan and shape it into a loaf.
- Bake for 45-55 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
- Allow the meatloaf to rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
Notes
For maximum cheesiness, you can add extra Parmesan and mozzarella cheese on top of the meatloaf before baking. The key to achieving the perfect texture is in the balance of the wet and dry ingredients. You can adjust the ratios of breadcrumbs, eggs, and milk to your preference. This meatloaf can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days or frozen for up to 2 months.
